The hotel was pleasant and absolutely great and overlooked courtyard. Stunning location and superfriendly and accommodating staff were a definite plus. There were a shopping street and a supermarket around the venue.

Famous and modern place, I thoroughly enjoyed superfriendly personnel.

it was immaculately clean, and the people where friendly and knowledgeable. the breakfast was incredibly nice with yogurt, excellant coffee and pastries, and the restaurant was lovely. the location was marvellous, at a medium distance from grandvalira ski resort. there were a main shopping street and shopping streets around the hotel. thanks very much for the nice stay, liked this place, i would stay there again.

The hotel’s location on the main street in the centre of this city made it easy to find from the bus station. We enjoyed the breakfast that had a lot of food and drink options available. The staff were very nice and helpful, interpreting maps for us and providing daily water bottles. Parking was convenient, with a deal offered by a garage a few steps away.

This hotel is definitely a great value for money. The prices are reasonable, especially considering the location in a pedestrian zone. The hotel is situated on a nice plaza with a taverna opposite, allowing guests to enjoy a relaxing atmosphere. The staff here are friendly and provide excellent service. The rooms are basic but comfortable, and the big bathroom with a tub is a nice touch. Plus, having breakfast included is a bonus!

One minor issue is that the room lacked a proper window, which could be improved.

Great location in the heart of the town. The surroundings were lively with many options for dining and shopping. , the room had a big window to let in fresh air, which was essential for a comfortable stay. The shower water was hot, and the bathroom was tidy.

We had an awful experience checking in, with no one at reception for ten minutes. We also didn't appreciate the poor recommendations from the staff, which ended up wasting our time.
